I loved this movie provided on the surface it isnt very interesting its when you actually look into it and compare and contrast this movie with Hereditary you see two movies one about a Family becoming more and more isolated and one about a girl who was isolated trying to find family and so much more the two movies work as kinda opposites of each other its kinda brilliant and I love how in-depth everything is and how we the Audience know everything from the get go but the characters dont add that where the feeling of them being stupid come into play and its an all around great movie honestly.

I haven't watched the movie and so when I saw that one of the characters is called Pelle my inner 12yo giggled because it means clown in Finnish. Alright. You're grasping at straws. I'm out. The mating scene caused me and my friends to laugh hysterically. The last 10-15 minutes of the movie we didnt say anything to each other and all of our jaws were 😧. Guys this was about revenge. The man who brought the british couple wanted to get back at them because he liked connie but she liked Simmon. He knew they were going to die and so did pelle. Pelle liked Dani. He hated how Christain, Josh,and Mark talked about her. So to get back at them they were sacrificed on purpose it was a setup. How did they know Josh was going back to take a picture? BECAUSE OF PELLE. Thats why Dani won may queen. THEY FAKED wanted her and knew she was vulnerable and wanted to get rid of her he was talking shit about christian so when it was time for him to sacrificed he knew she wouldnt be as sad because he had sex with ole girl and he didnt want her to begin with.

Midsommar Alternate title: How to Steal Your Friend's Girl. Its so scary how an ensuing anxiety atttack is personafied at that scene. Wtf when they started crying with her I thought they were mocking her, I would be pissed lmao. This movie looks so good. This movie made me feel sick to my stomach. Hated the ending. Midsommar download full movie. I found it interesting that her trip turns bad when Mark says “family,” particularly since themes of family and community are at the core of the movie. Honestly, from personal experience, this was one of the most realistic portrayals of a bad trip I've seen in recent cinema. Well done, Ari.

Surprised at all the dislikes for this movie, thought it is was freaky brilliant, amazing choreography! That piss scene was hilarious and scary, they pulled that off nicely! Midsommar is underrated. and underappreciated, you have to maybe watch it with low energy. If you're in the mood or looking for jump scares, this isn't the choice, but if you're ready for a slow burn horror about a strange death obsessed witchcraft cult in of all places Sweden, this movie is haunting, freaky fun. But, Stuckmann's view that the characters weren't as developed as they could have been isn;t altogether false either, thumbs up on his review.

Download midsommar full movie. This movie felt like one big trip n I loved it, inspired me to go in nature more. I was brought up a Jehovahs witness, Ive now walked free and Ive never felt more free and in control of my own mind. There were many times i tried to leave, but i never really had that choice whilst living at home. When i finally became older & financially independent i left home at age 22. I had already left the religion a year before leaving home and my parents constantly had tried to intensely pressure me into rejoining. Its one of the biggest cults with around 9 million members. They have literature that talks about how they arent a cult, but they have all the characteristics sooo. if it looks like a duck and talks & walks like a duck then isnt it a cult ? 😉🤣.

Cults ruin familys, speaking from experience. I left the cult I was part of and no one in the group knows why, I just disappeared. I want to come and speak about it but Im afraid of the retaliation I might get. You guys have no idea how generations are born into cults, not giving the next offspring to choose if they want to be in or not. Currently the leader of the cult is in jail, and has been lying to members saying that hes in jail to test the faith of the members and if people dont believe him while hes in jail then they werent meant to be saved. It even got to the toxic point that the members themselves have said that the world is being punished because hes in jail. The outcome you may ask? COVID. Theyre literally saying that god is punishing the world with covid because there leader is in jail. Beware of who you talk to when they talk about religion. You may never know what youll get into.

The themes of grief and family came through very clear to me.

 

This movie was like every other cult movie stitched together with the entertainment value removed. Would have been better if the characters weren't all idiots and it didn't just drag on and on... Its like getting drunk alone or something. ding.
